Besnofi Subsea Intervention System (SIS) makes full use of Magnum gate valve technology, incorporating Hydraulic Fail-Close Gate Valves and Subsea Magnum Gate Valve in both the Emergency Disconnect Package and the Lower Rise Package.
WOM’s Subsea Intervention Systems are available in both Riser and Riser-less configurations. Besnofi LIS design considers maintainability and ease of internal/external inspection and cleaning.
Magnum gate valve Technology for Maximum Reliability: Besnofi Subsea Intervention System (SIS) makes full use of Magnum gate valve technology, incorporating Hydraulic Fail-Close Gate Valves and Subsea Magnum Gate Valve in both the Emergency Disconnect Package and the Lower Rise Package
Engineered for Safety: Besnofi SIS isolates wellbore pressure while tools are being changed out providing two levels of redundancy for increased safety. A pilot-operated directional control valve fed from an independent subsea accumulator bank ensures a reliable and rapid response to ESD commands from the surface
Industry Certified: WOM’s SIS is certified to API 6A and ISO 10423 specifications and is PR2 and PSL3G rated
Magnum Gate Valve and actuator can cut up to 2-7/8” coil tubing to shut in the well without leaving a slug in the valve body
Emergency Disconnect Package is a monoblock construction measuring 7-3/8” and is capable of withstanding up to 10,000 PSI
Lower Riser Package is a monoblock construction measuring 13-5/8” and is capable of withstanding up to 10,000 PSI
Besnofi Subsea Intervention Systems can be used for both shallow and deep water operations. The SIS can be installed and retrieved using both wireline and non-wireline systems and rig mobilization is not required for its deployment.
Designed to connect to both horizontal and vertical subsea trees
Designed for a working pressure of 10,000 PSI
Rated to temperatures from 0°F to 250°F (-18°C t o 121°C)
